Duties
As a Management and Program Analyst, you will perform the following duties which are not all-inclusive:
Develop strategic plans and objectives for assigned OEDA programs and works with DSPP on development of Ops Plan. Provides staff guidance and direction to elements engaged in the development and implementation of plans and objectives to assure that actions are in keeping with OEDA objectives and WHD overall mission.
Leads ad hoc integrated project teams and working groups throughout WHD across a wide range of program areas. Develops and executes strategies to address workload spikes in Division of Wage Determination (DWD) Branches which result in advisory recommendations and presentations to WHD senior management.
Serves as a liaison to Office of Congressional and Intergovernmental Affairs (OCIA), Office of Public Affairs (OPA), Office of the Secretary (OSEC), Assistant Secretary for Policy (ASP), Solicitor's Office (SOL), Division of Strategic Planning and Per...
