Summary This position is located in Pension and Fiduciary (P&F) Service. Pension and Fiduciary (P&F) Service administers the pension programs and fiduciary activities for compensation, dependency and indemnity compensation (DIC) and pension beneficiaries Department of Veteran's Affairs Veterans Benefits Administration. P&F Service is responsible for the development of policy, procedures, training, and oversight of the delivery of VA pension benefits and fiduciary activities worldwide. Responsibilities Specific duties include: Formulates quality and oversight measures for Veterans and survivors claims process. Audits agency programs to ensure compliance with P&F Service policy and procedural directives. Conducts site visits and targeted audits to ensure Regional Offices are compliant with policy and procedures for all aspects of P&F Service programs.
