Position Overview
Summary This position is located in the Bureau of Human Resources, Office of Civil Service Talent Management, Talent Mobility Unit (HR/CSTM/TMU). CSTM develops, monitors, and administers programs, policies, procedures, and evaluation criteria for designated Civil Service human resources (HR) management functions, including merit staffing, career development and training, performance management, executive resources management, and position classification. Responsibilities Analyzes and advises management on the direction, implementation, coordination, and oversight of one or more of a variety of management programs impacting the Bureau. Implements organizational and management approaches to ensure that human capital acquisition and retention strategies are aligned with the Department's missions, goals, and organizational objectives.
