Outlet Drink Stall Operations Manage and ensure smooth operation of the drink stall within the food court or coffee shop.
Key Responsibilities - Manage transactions with customers using cash registers / Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems.
- Collect payments via cash, credit card, coupon, Net card, cashless payment, etc.
- Provide excellent customer service maintaining a positive, empathetic, professional attitude.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
