About the position
You will have full financial accountability and stock orderings etc.Warm and gracious hosts, who can have a laugh with large group of tourists and cater to the locals Developing and training the team – taking on board all feedback actioning where necessary.You are in control to generate your menu, from wine choices, beer preferences and of course the food choices.
