Position Summary
The Director of Surgical Services is responsible for the strategic, operational, clinical, and financial leadership of the Surgical Services department. This leader will ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while overseeing departmental operations, staffing, quality initiatives, regulatory compliance, budget management, and growth strategies.
