Position Overview

  • Configure and support NAC solutions (e.g.Forescout NAC)
  • Troubleshoot network access issues related to 802.1 X, MAB and authentication failures.
  • Monitor authentication logs and resolve incidents / tickets (L1 support)
  • Implement & maintain access control policies for users and devices.
  • Manage endpoint onboaridng (Corporate devices, BYOD, guest access)
  • Perform posture checks and ensure device compliance (antivirus, patches)
  • Work with networking teams to resolve VLAN, DHCP or connectivity issues.
  • Maintain documentation and provide support reports.
