• Ensured compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards while overseeing daily store operations
• Led sales-driving initiatives and customer engagement to meet or exceed performance targets
• Managed workforce planning , including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance support
• Handled store administration and regulatory compliance , including reports, permits, and safety programs
