Overview Part-Time English Speaking Manager in El-Ain, Egypt. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized manager to oversee daily operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.
Responsibilities - Manage and supervise a team of employees, including scheduling shifts, training new hires, and addressing any issues or concerns that arise
- Communicate with clients and customers to ensure their needs are met in a timely manner
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Create and implement strategies to increase productivity and improve overall performance
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for employees and provide feedback for improvement
