Responsibilities

• Team Oversight
  • Oversee a team, guiding it to achieve organizational goals by planning, organising, staffing, directing, and managing resources.
  • Staff appraisal and performance planning.
• Programme Oversight
  • Lead the administration of both Postgraduate Coursework (PGC) and Postgraduate Research (PGR) programmes.
  • Oversee the daily operations of admissions, examination activities, graduation processes, student welfare and ensure compliance with NTU’s academic and regulatory requirements.
  • Managing the student lifecycle ensuring a seamless experience for our graduate students.
