Our Langley-based client in the construction industry is seeking a Manager, Accounting Operations to join their growing team.
Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, this is a newly created role responsible for leading the day-to-day accounting function across two related entities while managing a small team of accounting staff.
Key Responsibilities
Owning the full month-end and year-end close processPreparing balance sheet reconciliations and journal entriesManaging job costing, project billing, and related party reconciliationsOverseeing AP and AR functions and 3-way matching controlsEnsuring all CRA regulatory filings are completed accurately and on timePartnering with construction and development teams on financial reportingLeading, mentoring, and developing a small accounting team
