Accounts Receivable Manager – Americas

Watlow is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager who will be responsible for leading the Accounts Receivable function across the Americas, with enterprise‑wide ownership of credit and collections policies, processes, and performance. The position will oversee a centralized team, partner closely with cross‑functional stakeholders and regional leaders, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance cash flow, strengthen controls, and improve operational efficiency. We are seeking a strategic, hands‑on leader with deep credit and collections expertise, strong people leadership skills, and the ability to influence across a complex, multi‑site organization.
