We're looking for an accomplished Manager to head our US client services function — someone who exercises sound judgment, works independently, and brings genuine initiative to every engagement. This is a senior appointment with full ownership of compliance quality, team performance, and client outcomes.

• — Act as lead adviser for a US client portfolio across compliance, reporting — & advisory
• — Prepare and review financial statements and federal/state returns (1120, 1065, 1040)
• — Oversee payroll processing, sales tax compliance, and AP/AR
• — Track IRS, FASB & state regulatory changes and put updates into practice proactively
• — Mentor and quality-review the junior and mid-level team
