Administrative Operations Manage all office administration, ensuring the smooth functioning of the workplace.
Develop and implement administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
Maintain asset records, equipment tracking, and document control protocols. Facility & Infrastructure Management Oversee maintenance and security of office and production facilities.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
Coordinate with utility and facility service providers (electricity, water, housekeeping, security, etc.). Vendor & Procurement Management Manage vendor relationships for office supplies, equipment, and outsourced services.
