The Conventional Operations Team is seeking a Manager, Asset Integrity to support the conventional business. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Process & Facilities, this role is accountable for leading asset integrity engineering staff as well as field‑based data and integrity specialists, with end‑to‑end accountability for the pressure vessel, piping, pipeline, and tank integrity programs.

What you’ll do

• Lead and continuously improve integrity programs for pipelines, pressure piping, tanks, and pressure equipment, including inspection, monitoring, mitigation, and management of change activities.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to support employee development and foster strong collaboration across operations, maintenance, and integrity teams.
• Serve as the primary contact for field integrity activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company standards, and audit expectations.
