The Opportunity

We are seeking a Manager, Asset Management to join our team. Reporting to the VP, Asset Management, this individual will be a key contributor to the performance of our multi‑residential portfolio—translating strategy into operational and financial results at the asset level. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone with a strong financial background who is eager to develop deep asset‑management expertise in the residential real estate sector.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor and manage the financial performance of an assigned portfolio of multi‑residential assets, with a focus on maximizing net operating income (NOI) and overall asset value
