Supports the (end to end S2P, O2C, and R2R ) Team Managers in their daily operations. Ensure smooth migrations, identify potential process risks, establish mitigation/control plans, and monitor the impact. Plan, coordinate, and monitor operations performance on agreed-upon SLAs and key metrics. Advice on appropriate action plans where needed via consistent processes. Focus on driving quality with a view towards robust performance management, stakeholder feedback, and active metrics management. Ensure regulatory requirements and internal control policies and procedures are followed. Drive towards the agreed efficiency targets through defined processes.
