Lead the successful execution of client projects following the project management process, from brainstorming to post‑event reporting. Prioritize and manage multiple projects at different stages concurrently. Communicate with external suppliers to secure assets and inform project planning. Create project estimates, submit expenses and invoices, keep projects within budget, record costs and flag discrepancies for reconciliation.
