The Manager Breeding Operations directly supervises the R&D; station managers and, where necessary, provides specialist knowledge in the team to support the various implementation groups. You are part of the R&D; Core Team and the R&D; Investment Board and is responsible for the long-term planning regarding the development of the R&D; implementation groups and the implementation facilities in the RZI. This is done in close contact with the station managers and breeding managers and in consultation with municipalities, provinces, and other authorities.

You are responsible for

• support and lead the R&D; station managers
• ensure a long-term vision on R&D; implementation
• communication and atmosphere within the implementation.
• good and productive communication between R&D; execution and its customers.
