In Argentina, we are entering a new phase of transformation and acceleration. The affiliate is strengthening its Business Excellence capabilities to better support business decisions, improve commercial execution, enhance digital maturity and create stronger connections across functions and countries.

We are looking for a Business Excellence Manager to lead this transformation locally, working closely with the Argentina leadership team and in strong partnership with the Brazil Business Excellence team.

Role Expectations

As Business Excellence Manager - Argentina, you will play a key role in transforming BEX into a strategic business partner for the affiliate. Your mission will be to strengthen the way Argentina uses data, processes, digital tools and commercial excellence practices to improve business performance. You will help the organization move from fragmented and manual processes to a more structured, data-driven and scalable operating model.
