Microchip is seeking a highly motivated Automotive Customer Interface & Process Manager to serve as a key liaison between the company and its automotive customers. This role ensures that both standard and customer-specific automotive requirements are fully supported while driving continuous improvement of business processes, including the integration of AI where applicable. The position combines technical understanding, customer engagement, and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as an interface between Microchip and automotive customers for process-related topics.

Support and ensure compliance with international automotive standards and customer-specific requirements (e.g., IATF 16949, VDA standards).

Manage and guide customers through core automotive processes, including:

PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation and submissions

Change management procedures
