The Manager, Business Process Improvement & VOS leads end-to-end ownership of small process improvement projects and contributes significantly to medium-scale initiatives across Opportunity-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), New Product Development and Introduction (NPDI), Sales Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP), and/or Services within the Americas region.
The Manager facilitates cross-functional working sessions independently, partners with IT and business leaders, and leverages data tools to support decision-making.
