**Overview**

This job contributes to REI’s success by designing and delivering systems and processes that enable Merchandising & Co-op Brands to achieve initiatives and strategies that meet evolving customer needs. Utilizing strong collaboration skills and a merchandising background, this role helps design, deliver and support innovative business capabilities.

The Business Process Manager collaborates with Merchandising & Co-op Brands teams, Information Technology, and the broader REI business community to guide the development of processes, systems, and reports. This role contributes to future solution design while supporting current Merchandising applications.
