GENERAL SUMMARY:

Leads the daily operations, strategic growth, and administrative oversight of the Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities (CADD), including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and Autism Diagnostic programs across multiple locations. Partners with clinical leaders to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care while driving operational excellence, workforce engagement, financial performance, and program development.

Manages the operations of Henry Ford Health System’s Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities Therapy program. Develops and coordinates the applied behavior analysis (ABA) intervention programs for children with autism and related disabilities.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Attain and maintain patient capacity at each Therapy sites

+ Coordinate service delivery between Board Certified Behavior Analysts

+ Ensure efficient use of CADD time, supplies, and resources
