Leads and drives a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.Manages and monitors daily card production volumes and ensures that service level agreements are met by the card issuance, fulfilment and collateral vendors. Manages investigation and resolution of all card production and fulfilment issues for VIP, dailies, and reissues.Oversees and monitors inventory levels for all card plastics, chip modules and collaterals for the production and fulfilment of credit and debit card products. Accountable for projections and forecasting of card issuance volumes for dailies and reissues to ensure all orders for plastic manufactures, chip modules, chip milling/embedding, and collaterals are placed in an accurate and timely manner.
