Role Overview

You will join Exponent’s Charging Network team in a central process excellence role, owning the design, standardisation, and continuous improvement of processes across deployment, operations, and service of the charging network. You will operate at the intersection of field execution, system workflows, and network performance—ensuring consistency, scalability, and reliability of operations across all India locations. The role calls for structured thinking, operational rigour, and the ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams while continuously improving process efficiency and network uptime.
