Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Oversee day‑to‑day operations of multiple data centers within the cluster, ensuring all systems and infrastructure function optimally and achieve 100% uptime and compliance with customers’ SLAs. Implement and maintain operational policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure data center efficiency and reliability.
