We are looking for an experienced Cafe Manager from Singapore who is willing to work in Indonesia and lead daily coffee shop operations professionally.
Requirements - Willing to relocate and work in Indonesia.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Cafe Manager / Coffee Shop Manager.
- Strong background in coffee shop operations and hospitality industry.
- Experienced in handling daily cafe operations, team management, and customer service.
- Have barista experience and good understanding of coffee beverages, brewing methods, and coffee quality standards.
- Able to supervise, train, and lead barista and service teams effectively.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and maintain operational standards.
