Job Description
The Manager, Cognitive Engagement at ArcBest Technologies is responsible for managing our team of Cognitive Engineers and ML Engineers as they implement and maintain state of the art, scalable, high-performance cognitive solutions. The Manager, Cognitive Engagement leads design discussions with other team members, proposes alternative courses of action to help the customers meet their needs, and analyzes and interprets data to present results in a meaningful manner. They represent the CE Department in PI planning and provide timely and accurate reporting on the status of all CE systems as required. The Manager assists team leaders as needed in the system definition, system design, coding, testing, and implementation of cognitive solutions designed to meet the customers' needs.
