Position Overview

The Manager, Compensation Advisory & Governance is responsible for providing advisory services to senior business leaders and HR business partners in alignment with OMERS compensation philosophy and strategy. The role also leads key governance activities, develops compensation policies, and provides guidance on the implementation of compensation plans in line with industry-leading practices. Provide expert advisory services to senior business leaders and HR business partners for OMERS Corporate teams. Conduct competitive positioning, detailed technical analysis, and prepare compensation recommendations that support strategic business decisions.
