Responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and supervising the activities of the Group Corporate Planning team to deliver the initiatives in the Group’s annual corporate plan.
Group Corporate Planning Initiatives Management
Develop and maintain a yearly list of key strategic initiative
Initiates and coordinates the development of the annual Group Business Plan and Budget
Coordinate and collaborate across the organization to contribute to the development of business strategies/plans
Partner with all business divisions to ensure strategic business cases and plans are robust and aligned to the overall Group’s business goals.
Help facilitate decision-making during discussions and coordinate follow-through on important takeaway items.
Analysis and presentation of data related to strategy execution to support Senior Management and Board decision making.
