Role & Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Manager, you oversee the management, coaching, and development of a team. You ensure service quality and efficiency, foster growth and innovation, and act as the link between strategy and its implementation. You motivate your team and serve as a knowledgeable sparring partner, helping employees excel in their roles.

  • You supervise and coach a team of employees, while also supporting their development through performance reviews and identifying training needs.
  • You ensure optimal customer service by supporting your team in handling client questions and complaints, and by personally following up on complex cases to stay closely involved.
