Position Overview
Own the ongoing maintenance, enhancement, and operational reliability of the data ingestion pipeline. Serve as the primary point of contact between the global data team, market stakeholders, and the market IT team for data ingestion and data quality initiatives. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators. Process and analyze large data sets to identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency, customer acquisition, cross-selling, upselling, retention, and maximizing customer value. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, agency, partnership, and finance, to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
