**What you’ll do:**

+ The Manager, Demand Planning is responsible for building and advancing Demand Planning capabilities within the Center of Excellence (CoE) while leading a team of demand planners supporting multiple businesses and regions
+ The role is accountable for developing standardized demand planning processes, governance, tools, analytics, and best practices to deliver accurate, consensus-based demand plans for mid- to long-term (SIOP) planning horizons and supporting short tem execution (S&OE)
+ This position provides functional leadership to a team responsible for end-to-end demand planning execution, ensuring effective integration of statistical forecasting, commercial inputs, market intelligence, and product lifecycle considerations into a reliable demand signal
