Position Overview

            Responsibilities Serve as a strategic analytics partner across multiple client accounts to answer complex measurement and performance questions 
Develop test-and-learn plans, optimization recommendations, and performance analyses 
Lead advanced analytics initiatives including incrementality testing, media mix modeling, and attribution analysis 
Design and deliver dashboards, forecasts, and performance reporting using business intelligence tools 
Partner with media, data engineering, and client services teams to ensure measurement solutions support business goals 
Provide mentorship and guidance to analysts through project collaboration and coaching 
 Requirements 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, performance analytics, or measurement strategy 
Hands-on experience with incrementality tests, geo holdout studies, and experimentation frameworks
