The Digital Customer Platforms Application Production Manager is responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and operational readiness of application environments supporting key customer‑facing platforms. This role provides end‑to‑end governance over production incident, change, and release activities, while proactively mitigating operational and regulatory risks. Effective coverage of this function is critical to minimising service disruptions, avoiding release delays, and maintaining confidence in the organisation’s digital platforms.
