CEG CS EIS (Enterprise Incentive Servicing) is building a high-impact AI, Automation & Data team focused on simplifying, standardizing, and transforming CEG (Human Resources) business processes through Artificial Intelligence, data-driven insights, and modern automation technologies. This team is responsible for identifying opportunities, enabling business transformation, and delivering solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance colleague productivity, and create better customer outcomes.

This role will lead a team of **AI and Automation Enablement** Analysts while remaining actively involved in solutioning, AI development, automation design, and delivery. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking, technical leadership, people management, and stakeholder influence to drive a portfolio of AI, automation, and data initiatives across CEG.
