Role Purpose

Based in Ndabeni (Western Cape) and reporting to the HOD-Donor Division, the successful incumbent will join the WCBS management team and be responsible for managing and leading the Donor Collections within the Donor Division at WCBS.

Responsibilities Responsible for all aspects of Donor Clinics. Formulation & Implementation of policy criteria for acceptance & deferrals of donors. Creates and maintains good donor relationships.
