**Manager, Education (North America)**

Position Summary

The **Manager, Education (NA)** is responsible for supporting the Head of Education in writing, developing and designing the North America Education curriculum and field support programs. This role also supports the development of programs and tools to support the in-store experience including Artistry, Special Events & Digital Learning.

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**

**1. Education Strategy & Content Development**

**•** Translate global education strategies into NA-ready programs tailored by retailer, channel, and audience by partnering with Global Education + Marketing.

**•** Develop comprehensive education materials including print tools, e-learning, video, POS support, and event content. Asses and measures KPI’s.

**•** Ensure all content reflects brand voice, adult learning principles, and platform-specific best practices.
