Position Overview

Key Responsibilities  
Lead and oversee all quality aspects of transformer design, from concept evaluation to final design approval. 
Establish and enforce Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles in collaboration with cross-functional teams. 
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 17025, IEC/IS standards, and customer specifications during the design stage. 
Review and validate design calculations, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy, reliability, and safety. 
Work closely with Production, Supplier Quality, and After-Sales to integrate feedback into future designs and prevent recurring issues. 
Lead resolution of design-related customer complaints with RCA and effective CAPA implementation. 
Promote automation, digital simulation, and advanced modeling techniques for design validation.
