Will manage and lead a team of Propulsion Engineers directing them to accomplish required tasks and prioritize work to best support the operation. His team is responsible for providing engineering support to the operation and maintenance of the Etihad engine fleet and ensuring compliance with all mandatory requirements from the OEM, Airworthiness Authorities and Etihad Aircraft Maintenance Program to meet the GCAA CAR M requirement. The team reviews in service technical issues and recommend corrective actions required with the purpose of improving reliability and operational performance of the fleet.

• Ensure cost effective engineering technical support to the operation and maintenance of the Etihad engine fleet(Trent 7000, LEAP-1A,V2500, GE90, GEnx & GP7200 as applicable)
