Position Overview

            Key Responsibilities  Partner with executives to create and facilitate search strategies for leadership roles 
Host executive candidates throughout the interview process ensuring they have an exceptional candidate experience 
Present market research to the business 
Manage all components of the pipeline and maintain data integrity, and proactively share updates with internal stakeholders 
Create innovative new candidate identification methods, engagement strategies and channels for executive recruiting 
Provide strategic guidance and support to deliver on executive talent needs. 
Conduct consultative intake calls, provide weekly status reports, assess risks/challenges, and drive solution-oriented results 
Directly source your own talent while leveraging research for some positions 
Leverage external market data, vendors, sourcing channels and the latest technology available to quickly build and main...
