Job Description:
Candidates must be within a comfortable driving distance of a local facility to be considered.
This role will be based out of the locations below:
Flower Mound, TX - 550 Lakeside Pkwy #100, Flower Mound, TX 75028
Preferred Qualifications - Fabrications Manager
- Leads and supports production teams through coaching and day to day problem solving.
- Improves how work gets done using basic Lean practices (5S, standard work, better flow)
- Communicates clearly across shifts and with partner teams.
- Comfortable using computers for tracking and reporting (Excel and Microsoft tools).
- Brings a strong safety first mindset in a hands on fabrication or shop environment.
