POSITION SUMMARY

The Manager, Facilities is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and operations of the Marshall’s physical infrastructure and providing management, supervision and program oversight to Marshall’s Engineering program. This role ensures that the facility is compliant with all regulatory standards and provides a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors. This position manages, leads, coordinates, monitors, and reports on buildings status for all buildings owned or operated by Marshall (HOSPITAL, Off-site Facilities). The incumbent facilitates quality control, maintenance building systems, schedules, and owner representative responsibilities with respect to construction project activities.
