Facilities Manager – Plant & Facilities

The Facilities Manager will supervise, coordinate, and administer the facilities department responsible for construction, alteration, upkeep and repair of the plant and related equipment. In addition, the role serves as the property security and janitorial maintenance officer.

Responsibilities

• Develop and direct the implementation of modification and maintenance programs for facilities and related equipment.
• Meet with external customers, representatives of other companies, and suppliers, in coordination with procurement functions, to evaluate alternatives and recommend or arrange for outside development work.
• Manage energy systems at the facility.
• Participate in project planning and direct projects or segments of larger projects, including scheduling, monitoring costs, resources, and workforce loading.
