Minimum Experience

12 years [or 10 years with preferred degree], of progressive light industrial maintenance experience with one (4) years maintenance supervisory/management experience, including demonstrated experience leading maintenance related project teams, including lower level maintenance technicians. Experience Equivalencies: a) Eight (8) years demonstrated experience leading maintenance-related project teams.
