Position Overview

  • Plan, organize, and manage operations and activities of a finance function (e.g., treasury, corporate finance, M&A, risk management).
  • Develop and evaluate financial plans and policies.
  • Establish and maintain accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls.
  • Present and analyze financial results to support the management team.
  • Report to a Director and manage professional individual contributors.
  • Lead a specific department or discipline within finance and be accountable for its results.
  • Receive objectives and determine how to allocate resources to meet schedules and goals.
  • Manage internal and external audits
  • Manage monthly closing, budgets and forecast
  • Manage team of finance professionals
  • Responsible for Accounts payable and Accounts receivable functions
  • Manage VAT, Corporate tax and other taxes.
