The Manager, Fleet Safety, leads the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of fleet safety and emergency preparedness programs across Holland America Line and Seabourn. The position is responsible for maintaining emergency preparedness documentation, supporting shipboard implementation of safety programs, coordinating fleet safety projects, and overseeing audit readiness, corrective action management, and risk assessment governance activities.
