Reporting into the Regional Manager Operations, the incumbent would be responsible for managing a fuel and convenience store, which includes overseeing sales, staff, inventory and operational & administrative systems and controls.

Duties and Responsibilities: Conducting site inspections and operational checks Monitoring fuel operations and stock levels Managing cash controls and reconciliations Monitoring expenses and controlling costs Conducting stock counts and variance investigations Monitoring health and safety compliance Interacting with customers Ensuring service standards are consistently met.

Role Requirements: National Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or related field. 4 years related experience in fuel/retail sales with a proven track record in a managerial capacity.
