Role Overview

The Manager, Health, Safety & Security will serve as the group-wide lead responsible for establishing, implementing, and governing Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) and security standards across headquarters and subsidiaries.

This role ensures a consistent, proactive, and scalable safety and security framework, supporting the organization’s rapid growth while minimizing operational risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and strengthening workplace safety culture.

What You’ll Do

Group Health & Safety Leader

• Serve as the appointed Group HSO and strategic lead for Health, Safety & Security across HQ and subsidiaries
• Design, implement, and continuously enhance a group-wide OSH governance framework, aligned with regulatory and industry best practices
